Calmly, walking and in peace

In a society that is constantly going through transformations and experiences, it is nice to witness the moments of calm. Those where the definition of "peace" begins to make sense in our lives and we manage to understand how every day we must make the decision to live, since otherwise we would only exist in this world.
Every morning we have the opportunity to choose between calm or anxiety. The popularity of the second option does not mean that it is the correct choice. Even the wrong perspective of time and age as our worst enemies cannot lead us to relate to anxiety to a point where we make impulsive decisions or underestimate the moments that are truly important.
Given this, a change in worldview is essential. Understanding that both subjects (time and age) can become better our allies will allow us to understand how each step we take is worthwhile, is important and can mark the beginning of the best chapter of our lives.
That is why every moment counts. Yes, even that which we do not upload to Instagram because there is no filter that makes them representable to others. Every action, word, thought and feeling that we have contains an importance. Living with this recognition shouldn't be a burden, but an honor, as few get to understand it in the days of their youth.

Let's take things slow. A new year has just begun where we have created memories, shared laughter and celebrated victories. But also, there is the other side of the coin that few want to talk about. In just 31 days we have also cried, suffered losses, experienced some defeats and even questioned if a new year has really begun or if we continue to live between 2020 - 2021.
For both scenarios, the advice remains the same: keep walking! Let's not stop for the difficult moments, since God never promised us a perfect life. He even warned us that trials and tribulations would come. But within that truth lies an indestructible hope: He will never abandon us.
So, in the moments where we think we are alone, let's remember that this is just a feeling. The reality is that God has always been in our past, present and will continue in our future. It is through your help, comfort and love that we will find that calm that the world cannot offer. (John 14.27).
Let's continue basing our 2022 on solid rock, let's seek God above all things and we will see how everything else will be an addition. Tears will turn into laughter and if not, into great lessons that can be a blessing to all who listen to them. So, calm down, all the pieces of the puzzle will come to fit perfectly.
